These Terms of Service govern your use of the Relax.spa_ website and the booking of our Home Services, SPA treatments, packages, gift vouchers, and products. By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing a booking or order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our services
Relax.spa_ offers two separate experiences: Home Services, where our specialists visit your home, and SPA services, provided at our branch. Each experience has its own categories, treatments, packages, and prices.
Treatment descriptions, durations, and images on the website are provided for guidance. The exact experience may vary slightly depending on the specialist, the setting, and your preferences.
3. Bookings and appointments
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with a booking reference.
- Please choose the correct experience (Home Services or SPA) when booking.
- Provide an accurate phone number and, for home visits, a complete address within our service areas.
- Arrive or be ready at least 10 minutes before the appointment time.
- Late arrivals may shorten the treatment time without a change in price.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Home visits may include a travel fee depending on the service area, which is shown before you confirm.
We may update prices at any time. The price shown at the time of confirming your booking or order applies to that booking or order.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking according to the policy shown in your booking details.
- Changes made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
- Changes made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in part or in full.
- We may reschedule an appointment because of specialist availability or circumstances beyond our control; in that case we will offer an alternative time or a refund.
6. Home visits
For Home Services, please provide a clean, safe, and private space for the treatment. Our specialists bring the required equipment and products.
Our specialists may decline or stop a treatment if they feel unsafe or if the conditions do not allow the treatment to be performed properly.
7. SPA visits
For SPA services, please follow branch guidelines, keep personal belongings secure, and respect other guests. Relax.spa_ is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
8. Health and safety
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, or medications before your treatment. Some treatments are not suitable for heart conditions, varicose veins, pregnancy, or other conditions noted in the treatment description.
Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
9. Packages, offers, and gift vouchers
- Packages are valid for the period stated on the package and are linked to the experience (Home Services or SPA) they were purchased for.
- Offers are valid only during their published period and may not be combined unless stated.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before their expiry date.
10. Products and orders
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. For hygiene reasons, opened care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
11. Customer conduct
We are committed to a respectful environment. We may refuse or end a service, without refund, in cases of inappropriate behaviour towards our team or other guests.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Relax.spa_ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom.
