Questions about Massage

How long is a massage session?

The duration is shown on each treatment before you book. The session is planned for the time listed on that service.

Can I choose the massage pressure?

Yes. Tell your therapist if you prefer a lighter or deeper pressure, and say so if anything feels uncomfortable.

What if I am pregnant or have an injury?

Tell us before the session. Some massages are not suitable in pregnancy or with certain injuries, and the therapist can advise you.

Should I eat before a massage?

A light meal is fine. Avoid a heavy meal right before the session.

What should I wear for a massage?

Undress to your comfort. You stay covered with a towel except for the area being treated.
